Cancellation Policy

1. Balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to check in date.
2. A refund is only available if the unit can be re-rented. No refunds are made for any un-used nights. Every effort will be made to re- book the unit. Partial rental of unit will result in pro rata refund.
3. If full re-renting of the unit can be done the following fees will be charged at the current rental rate offered:

• 1 night for cancellations prior to 60 days of check in date.
• 2 nights for cancellations made within 60 days of check in date.
