DURING YOUR STAY
Please respect the quiet hours in this complex from 10p-8pm. Quiet hours pertain to rental units as well as to pool area out of respect for surrounding guests.
The unit circuit breaker is located behind the wave photo on the wall in the kitchen.
Because we live on an island and have the highest energy cost, we kindly ask that you turn off all lights and air conditioners when you leave the unit for any length of time. It will cool down after a few minutes upon return.
Please do not set the A/C below 70 degrees as it will freeze the unit due to our high humidity.
Facial products stain our towels terribly, so we have provided a “makeup” towel for your use during your stay. We ask that you please leave them in the unit as they are not readily available on the island. However, they can easily be purchased through Amazon.
The washer/dryer are located in the closet out on the lanai. Please do not overload the machines–4 towels maximum along with a few smaller items is sufficient for a full load of wash.
The drying rack is for indoor use and allowed only in the master shower. Please do not hang any clothing items, swimwear or towels to dry on the lanai furniture.
Please use the safe in the walk-in closet located in the master bedroom to store your valuables during your stay.
Please lock all doors and safety screens each time you depart for any length of time, and before turning in for the evening. This will ensure you have a fun and safe visit.
